If one thing has ever been constant in my life it is a passion for education - not only personally, but also as a means by which to help lift the world. I graduated from the University of Chicago with a degree in Public Policy specializing in education, and subsequently went on to work for UChicago STEM. There, I served as both a software engineer and researcher publishing a number of academic papers, while also working to develop innovative educational technologies and curricula for teachers and students around the country. After moving to the Bay Area, I managed large-scale research projects for Fortune 500 companies and had my work featured in major publications such as Ad Age and Forbes. However, my passion for influencing the education landscape persisted, so I joined 10BH as a Role Model in 2016. I am a strong believer in the power of early education, that learning starts with a community, and that education needs to evolve to match the shifting winds of the innovation era. Becoming a part 10BH was always meant to be! I am now very excited to apply my research and tech background to help develop and expand the organization's brilliant vision.
